Michelle Mills-Porter is a veteran a multi-award-winning CEO, a Tsunami survivor, a renowned Human Behaviour Expert whose life experiences have shaped her into a powerhouse on stage. Michelle’s journey to becoming a professional Speaker is as extraordinary as her insights.

Surviving one of the greatest natural disasters in living memory, the Boxing Day Tsunami, shifted Michelle’s entire trajectory. What she witnessed in the aftermath—a raw and unfiltered display of humanity—profoundly changed her understanding of human behaviour.  “The Astonishing Advantages of the Neurodivergent” - As a late diagnosed neurodivergent, Michelle is keen on looking at whether we are looking at the areas of neurodivergence as a problem that requires support, rather than equipping neurodivergents to shine. With a fresh perspective Michelle will explore the possibility that those who have changed society for the better, may very well have been neurodivergent. How could we celebrate neurodivergence and encourage it into our organisations.
