BIO

Kathryn Pinkham is an insomnia expert and the founder of The Insomnia Clinic, one of the UK’s leading sleep services. Featured on ITV, in national media, and trusted by organisations across the UK, she delivers clear, science-backed strategies to improve sleep, manage stress, and strengthen resilience.

One in three people struggle with their sleep, and poor sleep has a significant impact not only on individual wellbeing but also on productivity, mood, decision-making, absenteeism and overall company performance. Kathryn’s sessions help employees understand why they’re struggling - and, crucially, what they can do about it.

Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) the gold-standard, evidence-based approach, Kathryn teaches simple, practical tools that employees can implement immediately. Her talks are designed to be highly actionable, reassuring, and relevant to everyday challenges.

Every session is grounded in practical, real-life strategies that employees can start using the same day.

I started The Insomnia Clinic after working in mental health and seeing how many people are affected by poor sleep. The condition is very curable, however long or how severely a person suffers. Our mission statement is to get the UK sleeping better without the use of medication through our online treatment training programmes and our team of sleep specialists across the UK.”
