And a bit about the founder, Deborah Thomas… for over 10 years she has worked with some fantastic high calibre speakers in the industry, such as Greg Searle, Jo Malone, Baroness Karren Brady, Sir Clive Woodward, Tim Campbell, Chris Moon, Ranulph Fiennes and Midge Ure… too many speakers to mention.   Deborah prides herself on building great relationships with both her speakers and clients and investing time to really understand how her clients want to feel after any speaking engagement. 

Many of the speakers we work with have had life changing experiences, for example, overcoming incredible adversity or undergoing intensive training.  They overcame these challenges and developed their winning mind-set through sheer grit, determination, mental strength and training.  They now share their experiences in order to inspire others.  Such a transformation is epitomised by the extraordinary change from pupa to a beautiful butterfly.
