In 2012, Tim was awarded an MBE for his services to Enterprise Culture.  He received the award after supporting the then Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, with his drive to increase the number of corporations recruiting apprentices from underrepresented communities across the capital.  Tim was recognised for leading Bright Ideas Trust (BIT), his own foundation, to raise over £3m and support over 750 start-ups from disadvantaged groups.

London Thames Gateway Development Corporation

"Tim was very well received – he is a great speaker who can engage with his audience. His anecdotal approach is one which appeals and the audience could relate to. Tim spoke with conviction and sincerity and communicated his passion and commitment in both a moving and profound way. At the completion of a physical development scheme it is often the case that launches declaim the building rather than the use. Tim’s contribution put people back into the frame and provided an uplifting and inspiring finish to the event."

Carley Consult

“Tim was upbeat, engaging and insightful.  His style was relaxed but what he said packed a punch. An energetic presentation which in turn energised the room and created a buzz. Great rapport with the audience. ..We wanted the audience to be inspired and rejuvenated ready to take on the rest of the day. He gave a fresh perspective of how we might work and make our industry work better for the clients it serves. ..Tim was just what the conference needed.  He woke everyone up and got them working together. He certainly broke the ice and got the room up on their feet.  I believe the session after Tim’s was all the better for the energy that he left everyone with.”

Stakeholder Communications

"Very happy with his response to our event brief. Extremely accommodating from arrival in Belfast until his departure. Exceptionally approachable and interested in the overall objectives of the event.  Very positive reaction, good audience interaction during presentation and post event. Tim Campbell was very patient and has a very pleasant manner with all guests."
