Paul Adamson is an inspiring Leader and Motivational Speaker with a unique and exciting story. With a proven track record of creating outstanding results, Paul is not a theorist! A professional sailor and Business Consultant turned entrepreneur, Paul has been key to the successful turn-around of Oyster Yachts, the iconic British luxury yacht manufacturer and world-leading luxury yacht brand.
In February 2018, Paul was invited by Richard Hadida, Co-founder of Evolution Gaming to join his team to rescue Oyster Yachts from administration. After successfully winning the bidding process he joined Oyster Yachts as CCO and literally rebuilt the business from the ground up. In just 4 years, Paul and his team have consistently doubled sales year on year and have now have closed over £185M of new sales into the business despite the challenges of a global pandemic. This exponential sales growth has put Oyster firmly into profit and secured the business for the long term.
Whilst professionally sailing, Paul most notably, captained Formula 1® team boss, Eddie Jordan’s super yacht around the world in 2013/14. Paul and Eddie are still working together today with Eddie being one of Paul’s mentors and a dear friend.
Author of the best-selling business book ‘High Flying Sales’, Paul has been invited to speak and work with global business leaders and Leadership, Sales, Marketing & HR professionals and their teams to fulfil their potential.
